A high-tech camera with 360-degree range of motion allows clients to learn more by viewing respondent facial and eye expressions. Groups can be viewed at the traditional viewing room through a one-way mirror, or at the lounge bar on a 60’LED TV.

CATI Facilities

Capable of both CATI and Web-CATI. For CATI surveys, NIPO software is used. Internet upload / download speeds at CATI stations are 15 - 25 M, and an internet backup lane is available in case of connection problems. Also equipped with automatic dialing system, backup power system (UPS), and dual recording system.
